Terms of Service for PayManagePro

1. Scope

These Terms govern the provision of services, info products, and goods by PayManagePro (we, us, our) through paymanagepro.com.

2. Services

2.1 Offered Services: We deliver payroll and expense management services, including software access, data processing, and advisory support.

2.2 Scheduling and Delivery: Service commencement occurs upon confirmation of your request. You may reschedule or transfer your service once free of additional fees if requested at least seven days prior.

2.3 Non-Refundable Services: Certain on-demand services, including immediate setup assistance and premium support, are non-refundable due to instant provisioning.

3. Info Products

3.1 Content Access: Info products, such as webinars, guides, and templates, are delivered digitally upon purchase.

3.2 Refund Eligibility: You may request a refund within 14 days if you have not downloaded or accessed the content. Once the product is accessed, no refund will be issued.

4. Goods

4.1 Physical Items: Goods include manuals, branded materials, and hardware accessories.

4.2 Return Conditions: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

4.3 Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping fees, except where the return is due to our error.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 General Refund Procedure: Submit your refund request via our contact form with order details and reason for request.

5.2 Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited back using the original method of payment or by issuing a voucher at your option.

5.3 Transfer Option for Services: Eligible services may be transferred to another date or service type within six months of the original service date at no extra cost.

5.4 Non-Refundable Cases: Any service explicitly marked as non-refundable, including instant-access offerings, remains so due to the immediate use of resources and personnel.

6. Fees and Payment

Payment of fees is due upon order confirmation. We accept major card networks and other electronic methods as displayed at checkout.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on paymanagepro.com and take effect immediately upon posting.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Singapore.
